You make a very good point, there is no doubt Company A pulls all the levers on that board. There is no way the instos will go anywhere near this stock. The end game here is a win win for Company A regardless of success of this new business direction and strategy. If it under performs they can take it all on the cheap, if it succeeds and start to pay dividends, they'll ride on the back of a rising SP.
