i have been in many many stocks that constantly dilute shareholder wealth with capital raisings, i think it has been obvious for months what price the SPP will be done at, i was under the impression GWR wanted to raise $20 million, the figure i came up with 2 months ago was 15% of 143 million shares on issue = 21.45 million shares.
20% less of $1.20 or $1.25 is 96 cents or $1
21.45 million shares at $1 is $21.45 million raised, a done deal in my opinion only.
