Weinstein with respect you don't know how long the rally will last and you seem to be completely ignoring some Fundamentals here. The whole market is in very bad shape. I guess it all depends on whether you are a trader or a long term investor. CEY certainly has done a great recovery since its return of capital to investors but on the whole the Company - so far as I have been able to ascertain over the past couple of years - is not in great shape.

Please someone correct me if I am totally off track here.
