ROB has just as good a chance of any of these small caps of getting up IMO. As for CEO. CEO also has a real chance of making a fortune actually. Give them a chance. They have to start somewhere. They are sorting financing.Look at BTU just over a a year ago at 5 cents. Hit 1.30 within a year, and now organising the environmentals.CEO has 40 and 60 metre hits, and much of it coking coal. They dont just go from nothing to a star. Its a process.
