    be wary of uprampers. yes ceo price went up but has also crashed substantially - go and actually look at its porice fluctuations over recent 6-8 months but particularly recently. also look at BDI - another mongolian coal play went wrong. this is only due diligence stage at the moment so be wary and DYOR and DO NOT RELY on posters as you don't know whether they are upramping or not. look at other mongolian coal plays and make your own decisions. very important to DYOR!!!.
