Thanks for that manowar, will do some reading hopefully over the weekend. I've learnt my lesson from dodgy directors. Have you heard of NBS. Check that out someday if you ever want to compare how bad it can get. Plenty of info on HC about it too. Look for Ousia's posts. Me and alot of people got seriously burnt on that one
