Don't forget, Dennis has put a lot of his own personal $$ into GGX in the past so as to not allow dilution to the Company shares. He obviously knows what his doing and all indications are ,he puts GGX first .my view is for a Director to do this , he is well aware of the circumstances of the area they are in and the potential rewards.
