I think you will find the resistance around these levels would be people that bought around that 2 cent level and then having watched their investment crash below 1 cent. Not to mention all the other investors who bought well over 4 cents which will likely be another wall to overcome before this got smashed. Although this could all change with credible funding and on a positive note the oil price is rising.
