ok, I am new to these smaller stocks so please explain to me. Seems like ETC is not really up 17% as it can only be up 17% or 0% given the bid and ask are at $0.006/$0.007.

if someone buys at $0.007 it's up 17%
if someone sells at $0.006 it is steady at 0%

but someone holding the stock that bought at $0.006 can either get lucky and be taken out at $0.007 or sell into the bid and make nothing, at this stage
