I also have never come across a small cap stock that has never run at a profit, offering to pay a dividend.

I also found it strange that after spending considerable amount of time and effort gaining the confidence of sophisticated investors to supply sufficient money to buy Indue that he is off again on a roadshow to convince investors once again that this is a company worth investing in. Surely it would make more sense to wait until the benefits of the Indue deal could be demonstrated with a full month of figures as proof, such as will be available in July, before heading off on his "roadshow" around Australia and Asia.
