A few false starts by JAL in the last few months. I would say goes up by the elevator & down by the elevator.

Plenty of speccies have run hard in the last few days so who know's what's driving this rise. Could just getting back to where it was before was hammered down with the rest of the market. Some tough hurdles in front of us - 14c mark; 17c mark. Probably won't get past these until some real annoucements. As LordP says, they have no coal resource as yet, so probably can't expect a market cap to fly past $11M.
