weekly chart looks good would need to hold level above 2.07. Closed at 2.08 which is a good sign. If it can stay above 2.07, look for 2.39 then 2.71.
I dont hold and I know this isn't a strong call with no position in CLH, but I would buy today, and look to hold until next resistance is met (2.39)
If it falls below 2.07, I would get out if it falls below 1.92
