The announcement just said started to produce, nothing about the level yet even thought they have said that was their target.
Remember they were producing at 5k tpa 2 years ago.
they were also supposed to have the plant at practicle completion as at 31st dec 2011 to produce AT 20K TPA.
They were then supposed to be producing at 20k tpa by 30th June 2012, then at 20k tpa by end of October...now is "producing" only.
If they were to confirm producing at 20k tpa of alloy, I doubt the price would be falling to all time lows.
