The way I see it is debt reducing, fees increasing, sales department getting organized which will result in good dollars to reduce debt and also retain a percentage of the properties being sold back to the rentroll, agentplus increasing this was better than I expected.

There is a window of opportubity to jump on board here as once the share crosses 20 cents in the future th insto's will start to take notice.

It may have turned the corner.
