Sorry havnt being watching HC for a while. I think it has been very interesting the trading patterns over the last 3 months. What I find amazing is that as soon as a new high is reached someone sells out. The rental market in my area has been soft over Dec/Jan however has picked up strongly late Jan into feb so far.
I believe that as each month goes by this Co will be getting stronger. I note mr bandicoot's opinion and it has got a long way to go, but I blieve that it will become a cash cow and the potential for a 5 to 10 bagger is available.
One thing I have learnt in the past is that a share has to cross 20cents before it starts to get noticed.
I would be happy with a 1-2c rise a month.
