thought it had a shell style feel about it. no doubt there will be more shares on issue , just at what price and amount is the real question.

property trusts and managed funds have been hit pretty hard during recent years. alot of them being highly geared and trying 'gear down' , especially as the banks tighten up lending on these sort of ventures.

seen a few that went from managing to try to dip their feet in developing and got hammered 60 - 80% in a few years by doing it wrong.

will do a bit more research tonight as I'm always keen on these punt plays and bottom draw acquisitions etc.

do you have a timeframe on this ?
