Well you've just sold a business that even after the latest run-up in price, is generating a trailing FCF yield [#] of 5.7% and a grossed-up dividend yield of 5.7% (a "grossed-up FCF yield" of over 7%), and is currently generating a FCF return on operating capital of over 20% (likely over 25%), and is reinvesting circa 30% of its FCF at high rates of return, and is likely in the midst of a cyclical up-swing.
[#] And I mean FCF of the most conservative kind (after adjusting for cash released from working capital, and after deducting ALL investment expenditures).
