Wackoo you think we will p?ss it in with majority debt? Hope your right.. I am not sure if you have been reading the news but there are a few issues in debt markets at the moment. In an ideal world we would be fine, but just at the minute in the current environment, financiers are fairly mainstream and global gloom will keep their pockets closed.. Hopefully I am wrong, but you are right that I like to try and be realistic erring on the side of conservative.
Nevertheless logically, we provide a lucrative opportunity to a financier, safe project that can afford high interest, hopefully they see the light and we hit my 41c valuation in this circumstance!! As I said, short term upside..
