Will HCL cough up the $$$ this week?
Did HCL read the fine print in the arbitration settlement, 12% interest on the post award balance.
"and 12% post-award period in the case of disputes at items 1 and 4 above and at 7% and 12% in the case of item 3."
Surely HCL won't drag the settlement out much longer when its costing them AUD$500/day in interest.

More changes to the top 10 shareholders, Arvind Misra still No 5 and Andrew Simpson now No 8, and another new top 10 shareholder has moved up from No 19 in the annual report to No 10.

Sakdirat Kaewunruen and Sydney Equities Limited have now been pushed out of the top 10.
Chimaera Capital is the only seller in the top 20, although their pace of selling has now slowed. Maybe they are now trying to make money for their clients rather than losing it.
