hiphop, IRL at 40 cents, before my time. I remember it was much higher before my first buy at 21 cents/share in late 2007, but by mid 2008 I was still averaging down at 9 cents/share.
And yes, "There has been massive dilution thanks to early issues and dodgy investors like La Jolla etc."
In 2007 there were only 82 million shares. Michael Kiernan was No1 shareholder with a mere 5 million shares.
For the last 18 months there has been no capital raising, the last one was May 2012. I doubt whether it is necessary to raise funds to operate the current projects, but if a good opportunity comes along then its worth considering. I would have thought that someone would dump down on the .8c buy today, pleasing that they didn't.
What is interesting is there are less shareholders today then there were in 2007, today the top shareholders hold a far greater proportion of the company. Currently the top 20 shareholders hold more than 52%, back in 2007 the top 20 only held 33%.
hiphop to answer you question, in 2007 the market cap was more than $30 million at the peak. Now we are struggling at $6 million, but times are a changing.
