This germany thing has got me stumped.

I really should know this.

HER never approved a listing on the German exchange, same with URL etc.

So what exactly are Germans trading over there??????

If HER never approved the listing, then surely people cannot swap their shares between exchanges, so are Germans just trading thin air?

Doesnt make sense to me and would like it explained...I asked a few brokers today and they didnt understand how it worked either. Nor did the share registry...i have a few contact there as i used to work there, and if anyone would have known, they would have.
