Apart from the differences you have already mentioned there is other conflicting info.
MU shows prev close as 44 and F shows 51. I thought HER finished at around 50 ish last week so Frankurt seems to be the one to believe and the chart you provided Goldbug also seems to corroborate that.
Whatever, today was fantastic after all this waiting, and hopefully much more to come - maybe not tomorrow.
Even with unrealised gains one feels happier spending a bit more money - will have to think of somewhere nice to take the wifey for a meal.
