    It's probably got to do with Shell selling out of it's oil and petrol stuff and everyone thinking that price will be driven up because of price and demand because a refinery and petrol stations may close.

    But without a refinery and the means to refine it's more likely Aust would import. it's all up in the air projection.

    No announcements nothing just hype.
