Got out today at 22.5. I have real concerns about how bol will navigate the slowdown in mining capex in Australia. Bol spent 40m in capital spending in 2nd half 2013, and its total debt actually increased! Also in the good times, the company has had poor returns on equity.
The company claims to have an nta of over 40 cents per share. If that is the case, why not maximise shareholder value by selling all the plant and returning the proceeds to shareholders. Or if the company is confident of survival, why not have a share buyback?
Sad to say, markets are usually right!!
