I think Vulcan is well worth buying at the current sub 24c level, which is below cash backing. I saw that it was up around 29% on the Frankfurt market - see link if interested http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=VUA.F
With DFS result out in 2-3 wks, maybe they know something..? I got some yesterday at 22c
