    Agreed, but but, could it be the "dotting of the eye's and crossing of the T's" scenario...
    I would not throw in the towel just yet...IMO

    It's been a hard "slog and wait" so far, a little more patience is what is needed here, I say, but yes, not many "fingernails left".
