Don't know what the hang up about a capital raising is - only 230m shares on issue say a 1 for 5 at 20 cents would raise $9m
Add a 1 for 1 option also at 20 cents strike say 2 years should then raise another $9m when needed.
Seems a no brainer really - be a bit different if there was a lot more shares on issue.
