    ISSUE PRICE:
    Shares will be issued under the plan at the issue price which is equivalent to the weighted average market price of all ordinary shares in Destra traded during the ordinary course of trading on the ASX during the five trading days commencing immediately before the shares are issued, less 20%.

    I think that means you are correct. And as for an issue date...I have no firm date on any paperwork or from what I can see in announcements.
