I don't think BLK will be mining the old shafts, they have all the neighbouring grounds to the plant that have 1.5moz good open cut oxide stuff that can make a mint immediately in my view.
But your right with NAV their costs were to high and they never utilised the plant at full capacity for some odd reason. MKO could turn it around.
