Sydney - Friday - August 3: (RWE Australian Business News) - Gulf Mines Ltd (ASX:GLM) made its sharemarket debut today, and the 25c shares opened at 50c, traded between 42c and 55c, and settled at 50c. In three hours 536,211 shares changed hands. Gulf Mines has two wholly-owned subsidiaries that hold mineral exploration tenements with the potential to host world-class base/precious metal, uranium and diamond deposits. The company's immediate focus is on two main project areas, within granted exploration tenements, with a number of priority geochemical, geophysical and geological targets. The two projects are Wollogorang in the Northern Territory and Ebagoola in north Queensland.
