Thanks for taking the time Rebel.

I followed your advice on PNO back in July an picked some up.

Money wise now I am doing fine, but in 3 years I hit the big 50 and that is when I plan to retire somewhat, so am looking for cheapies now that will fit into that plan.

I am moving up to Coffs Harbour in just over a month to semi retire, pickup a part time job and expand on my ever increasing property portfolio. I need to work to keep the old grey matter chruning. I quit my job on 3 June and am sitting around the house going crazy.

So anything worth taking a look at with a "mature date" of 3-5 years is what I am after now. Feel free to send your thoughts my way. Let me know if you want to email rather that waste other posters time reading off topic stuff.
