There is information regarding SUWA in Paradox Basin Resources Technical Report. Just follow the link and also change the 2 to a 1 in the link as there are two articles on the Internet. SUWA are a citizens group but the concerning thing is the BLM's policy change Dec 2010 (http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/301738). I don't know how it effects TRH.

You can find this via google if the link does not work. Click show all entries and do a find (Ctrl + F) for Potash. You will be able to locate the Right of Way as there are only four Potash EA's.

This map lists all of the oil wells in Utah. Zoom in on TRH's ground by locating Moab or Hatch Point Field or Three mile Wells. You can actually see the needles road that is in the ENBB ROW paperwork. You can also see the evaporation ponds near Moab.
