..companies don't just issue shares for fun! The theory is the dilutionary effect is reduced by the return on the capital they receive. From memory KZL went from circa $150mil+ debt to no net debt following the recap last year? How much debt did they carry at a $7.50 SP? I have only been on their register since late 08.
