Although I am not as bearish as you there does seem to be a big difference in what is being released "very interested parties" and what is actually happening.

Surely if a deal had been tabled that the share price would be in trading halt / suspension until it was finalised.

As previously stated I am very bullish on MDS as the perfect sort of asset in these times - low capex, low opex and quick time table. I therefore am not really concerned about the current share price on virtually no volume because MDS has very realisable value.

At the very least I think management should provide an update as to how the negotiation with these "very interested" parties is going.
