28,333,333 shares issued to subscribers at 60 cents
the pre-listing balance sheet contributed $8,481,875 in equity in EOC. in other words, it seems the seed capitalists contributed 9.4 cents for each of their 90,293,998 shares
thus, if the 90,293,998 original seed shares remain, a 60 cent takeover is a $45,694,524 profit on the initial $8,481,875 investment ___________________________
9.4c for these initial investors! Would this be usual for most of our coal companies?
