Valinvestor I suggest you read the announcements again.

Announcement 1 did not include any mention of a price

Announcement 2 quoted " At the request of the ASX , the company advises that one of the unsolicited includes an unsolicited indicative non-binding expression of interest from an independent third party at A$0.60 per company security "

Additionally the recent EGM announcement is talking about a proposed cap-raising, scheduled to be approved on January 9, 2012.

Summary: The cap-raising would be placed no sooner than in 30 days time.

Don't you believe it's a little bit rich implying that the company 'ramped' the SP before a proposed cap-raising, when

1) this alleged 'ramping' was done 1 month before the possible CR; and

2) it was price sensitive news in which the company was forced to share to the market, in accordance to ASX price sensitive news disclosure clauses.

Unless of course you were implying something different?
