For a company that prides itself on being very careful with every $ spent why would they bother to hire big gun independant valuation experts if they thought a more realistic proposal from one of the parties showing an interest?
Placement is the most likely funding approach for obvious reasons after the lack of retail interest @ 39c. Next price may not even be at a discount IMO.
