Not sure why there would be a speeding ticket - its quite obvious the rise was because of the potential of Key's Canning Basin assets given the sucess of Buru's exploration.
Samscout, because the ASX like to issue speeding tickets when company shares rise, or fall, too much without the company making an announcement to the market.
Sometimes they issue them even if the company has made full disclosure via regular announcements, eg BRU yesterday.
