    With these endorsement from global players,and more to come, imo,
    NewCo2 project is now 100% de-risked.

    Overseas investor wanting to invest in NCo2 can only do so via Ger, with 33% holding.

    The other Ger's smart-lighting projects is a nice bonus, to its core investment Nco2.

    NCo2 is going to be very big.
