    malmanu you must have missed my early posts but there is no escrow seller. The selling is stock that was placed at 55c. NNW has also flagged that they will be going to NASDAQ not Asian bourses

    The stock will get a move on over the next few weeks once investors / analysts come round to the gravity of the deal
