Even if the CEO and investorlink flooded the market with their shares, I feel this company should be worth well over 1b mcap with 35m users that are increasing spending in a booming market. Whatsapp users were valid at $42 each.. and the monetizing potential of Wuxian users would be significantly higher in the medium term.

If we were valued at half that, $21 it would still justify a 730m+ valuation. Not sure local investors understand the scope and scale of these growing tech companies. Potential here is quite frankly enormous.
