As a former employee, I can say that the Australian yard is either; entirely not unionised or has minority membership for which I was no aware of. As for the yard in Mobile, Alabama, I would assume it is not. Im sure the company would have tried its hardest to stop the workforce becoming unionised. This would go against the work culture of an internationally competitive manufacturing business started 30ish years ago.
