Do you still have the email from them? I'm investigating if we can take action against the company for misleading claims in their http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20141028/pdf/42t7ckdxy6fgx8.pdf joint development announcement. It seems the company may have used investor funds as a way to squander money away (Possibly to Unionpay connections) or Handpay service costs. Without ever intending to launch the POS as part of NNW. Recently the Federal Court has set a precedence in our favor of holding companies and Directors liable for under-performance and misleading information.
I received similar treatment when contacting the company with them constantly confirming everything is fine, on-track, final beta testing complete all set to launch as per announced and that was years ago. Since then Investorlink continues to milk Fee's from the company and the company has no intention or clear direction on any adequate level of governance or investor relations. They don't even have an updated pitch deck since the last JP Morgan presentation (Road shows are often just an excuse for Directors to have a lavish all expenses paid trip)
So disappointed in the clear disrespect for shareholders by this company, blatantly lie to us and don't even update us on what caused the delay or outcomes that are years overdue.
