My understanding is that it doesn't directly impact TCQ, but wouldn't mind someone else's take on it...

This link: Corporate Structure, describes the structure of TCQ as including a trust (Trinity Stapled Security Trust) and company (Trinity Limited).

Trinity Funds Management Limited is separate, but is the "responsible entity" for the group.

I wouldn't mind some clarification on the last sentence of the announcement:
"TFML is also the responsible entity for Trinity Stapled Trust (TCQ), which is not part of this process."

It's a relatively complex structure, so a clearer explanation in the announcement would help :-)
