..like the saying goes, the stock market is a voting machine in the short term and a weighing machine longterm. And today in particular Trinity's management are not receiving too many votes.
Even if the asset values are way optimistic, the properties are mostly in the 10-50 $m range and are considered relatively liquid. At under $0.10 it is worth a small wager I reckon....remember you can only lose all the money you invest, but the gains could be ok longterm?
