A number of questions come to mind.
Firstly are they still hemorrhaging, or have they closed their positions?
Secondly, where was their plan for this hedge, punting on the futures market is for professionals. Perhaps the auditors might like to ask this question.
Thirdly, is their survival now at stake? Can they continue trading?
