Sugarqube, I think a reasonable distinction can be drawn between a high risk stock and one that engages in deceptive market practices.
And then there are the companies in-between. Even MAH and NXS for example had embarrassing news after SP action that was followed by a speeding ticket.
To what effect I ask? A speeding ticket is not even a slap on the wrist and holds no threat of further real action: that's what needs to change.
A common thief would be in jail for a fraction of this grand larceny, it doesn't matter how small the MC is: we should expect and demand honest practices from those with inside info.
To ignore or accept these activities is to condone them. I don't accept this behaviour, or that it's somehow my fault because I should know the market is corrupt.
How can one be expected to guess how the rip-off merchants will strike next?
