They have $5.8M left now and should receive another $5M by the end of this month from options conversion ....that's a healthy $10.8M in cash .I understand the TH announcement mentions an underwriting but I would question why they need to be doing it now and why they would be needing to offer any substantial discount to the current SP . They should be aware that their reputation may be on the line here .They have underperformed this year in comparison to their peers in the Doolgunna region
