undervalued??, page-16

Hi Guys, I have been watching and trying to learn about this group since my broker recommended them about a month ago.
I have trouble weaving through the Maqurie web of company's and the anual report does my head in!
I would like you to comment on these 2 points.
1. Intangible assets of 7.3 Billion?
And
2. Interest bearing loans of over 3 Billion for MCG alone.

I would like to draw your attintion to the interest rate that is applied over the next 5-6 years.

"Libor + 1.75% (Year 1-4)Increasing by 25bps each year
thereafter"
