Mark stating this in the ANN. I know it's only one part of the business but bodes well for the upcoming qtrly
Again, i understand what people are saying, but i buy into the scale argument. Mark wants this company to be huge, not just a small company earning a tidy profit. In order for that to happen, he needs to build scale, which meant delaying profitability.
Interest rates will be low for ages IMO and will probably get lower still. I don't think there is any sign therefore of a major collapse in mortgages.
Wealth management will be a key driver in expanding profits and margins. The resignation of the CEO is a bit worrying, however we will see in the next ANN whether this side of the business is still on track.
I'm not surprised that there is doom and gloom on here considering the share price, but i actually think that YBR has a promising future, and at current MC i think risk/reward is at a good price.
